Alicia Bullough, PA-C

Hi there! I’m Alicia Bullough, PA-C, and I am beyond thrilled to be joining PrimeCare.

I’d love to share a little about myself so you can get to know me before we meet! I am originally from Massachusetts but relocated to North Carolina to attend NC State (Go Pack!), graduating in 2023. I later earned my Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies in Nashville, Tennessee, in 2025.

Now that I have completed my training, I am proud to call Charlotte my new home! During my clinical year, I had the opportunity to train in healthcare settings across the East Coast, caring for a wide variety of patient populations and further shaping my well-rounded approach to medicine.

I gained experience across multiple specialties, with a strong focus on family medicine and outpatient internal medicine. My approach to care is centered on making patients feel comfortable, supported, and heard. I am passionate about providing individualized care and ensuring each patient feels their healthcare experience is truly tailored to them.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through fitness classes and spending time outdoors. I look forward to building meaningful relationships with my patients and supporting them in their health journey!
