About Cynthia Ejoh, MSN, MS, APRN, FNP-C
Cynthia Ejoh, MSN, FNP-C, is a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Texas Woman's University (2022-2024), where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based primary care, preventive health, and chronic disease management.
Cynthia also holds a Master of Science in Cardiology and Stroke from the University of Hertfordshire, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom (2017-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in International Nursing Studies from Anglia Ruskin University, Chelmsford, Essex, United Kingdom (2014-2015). Her advanced academic background reflects a lifelong commitment to clinical excellence and continuous learning.
Her nursing journey began in Nigeria, where she completed a Post Basic Nursing Program in Cardiothoracic Nursing at the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Enugu (2010-2011) and a Basic Nursing Program at the School of Nursing, Sacred Heart Hospital, Abeokuta (2005–2009). Cynthia went on to gain extensive clinical experience at Sacred Heart Hospital and Reddington Multispecialist Hospital, where she served as a staff nurse and cardiothoracic nurse. Her career also included a role with a health insurance organization, broadening her understanding of healthcare systems and patient advocacy.
After relocating to the United States, Cynthia worked as a travel nurse across various healthcare settings, including skilled nursing facilities, cardiac hospitals, and correctional facilities. From 2021 to 2025, she served at Baylor Scott & White Health System in Dallas, Texas, where she practiced in multiple specialties such as interventional radiology, informatics, cardiac rehabilitation, pain management, and neurology (headache and memory clinics)-an experience she describes as both dynamic and deeply rewarding. In April 2025, Cynthia joined PrimeCare Medical Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner, where she continues to provide comprehensive, holistic care tailored to the needs of diverse patient populations. Her clinical interests include preventive health, cardiovascular wellness, and integrative approaches to chronic disease management.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Cynthia enjoys traveling and photography, passions that enrich her perspective on culture, humanity, and the art of healing.
